With over 16 years of experience in the beauty industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge, passion, and professionalism to my role as Operations Team Lead and Senior Educator at The Beauty Project. My career journey has been diverse and enriching — from working in busy high-street salons and retail environments to gaining international experience aboard luxury cruise ships. Each role has not only strengthened my technical expertise but also shaped my ability to adapt, lead, and inspire within a fast-evolving industry.

I am highly qualified, holding Level 1, 2, and 3 qualifications in beauty and spa treatments and achieving my Teaching Degree in 2021. Alongside this, I have undertaken numerous specialist courses and professional certifications to expand my skill set, ensuring I remain at the forefront of industry standards, innovations, and emerging trends. This commitment to lifelong learning allows me to share current, relevant knowledge with both students and colleagues alike.

As a senior educator, I am deeply passionate about empowering the next generation of beauty professionals. I pride myself on delivering accredited, high-quality training that not only builds technical ability but also nurtures creativity, confidence, and professional resilience. My teaching approach blends practical expertise with real-world insights, preparing students to thrive in salons, spas, clinics, and beyond.

In my leadership role, I also contribute to the operational development of The Beauty Project, supporting the growth of our training provision and ensuring our standards of excellence are consistently upheld. Whether mentoring a student, leading a team, or developing new training opportunities, my focus is always on creating an environment where individuals can achieve their full potential and feel inspired to succeed.
