Salon Environment - The Beauty Project
Our premises provides sufficient spacing requirements for the provision of education and training. The property is inclusive of a fully furnished and functioning salon, ensuring the required infrastructure and environment.
The property also boasts separate spacing, equip for the training provided to our young people.
Our aim is for young people to take a supported role in the front-end management and operation of the company salon, providing students with the opportunity to interact with members of the public, apply skills and knowledge acquired and to gain experience during the course of each term.
Applicable skills learned will include appointment booking, telephone communication, face to face customer communication, organisational skills, stock management and time management.
Those wishing to undertake work experience must be at least 14 years of age and provide signed parental/legal guardian consent.
